We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Valor Healthcare, Inc. in Columbia. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing quality healthcare to America's veterans.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in patient care, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests. They will work closely with the PACT Team to develop patient care plans and ensure that veterans receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to patients.
  2. Collaborate with the PACT Team to develop patient care plans.
  3. Administer medications, perform routine diagnostic tests, and dress wounds.
  4. Clean treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies.
Requirements
  • Diploma or certificate of an accredited program of practical or vocational nursing.
  • Minimum one-year experience as an LPN/LVN in a related primary care or ambulatory care setting.
  • Credentialed and in good standing through the Veterans Health Administration (VA).
  • Valid, unrestricted license in the state of employment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS certifications.
  • Strong computer skills, including EMR experience.
