A compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse is sought for our Medical/Oncology unit at Williamson Health in Franklin, Tennessee. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care, coordinate treatment plans, and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities
As an Oncology Registered Nurse at Williamson Health, your responsibilities will include:
1. Performing comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
2. Developing and implementing individualized care plans that address patients' unique requirements
3. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions
4. Administering medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians
5. Providing education and support to patients and their families regarding disease management, treatment options, and self-care strategies
6. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient information, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
1. A valid nursing diploma or degree from an accredited institution
2. Current licensure in the State of Tennessee
3. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire
4. Advanced certifications relevant to oncology care, such as ONS chemo/immunotherapy certification, may be preferred
5. At least one year of experience in an oncology setting, preferably with telemetry and critical care exposure
