Job Opportunity: Maintenance Technician I

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician I to perform daily upkeep and cleanliness of our properties, including landscaping, amenities, parking lots, and trash areas. This role requires a strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with essential maintenance duties, including repairs, carpentry, electrical, painting, landscaping, pool maintenance, and plumbing tasks.
  • Perform daily upkeep and cleanliness of properties, including landscaping, amenities, parking lots, and trash areas.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to achieve maintenance goals.
  • Manage work orders using technology and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Requirements:

  • One year of experience in a related field, such as housekeeping or maintenance.
  • Basic knowledge of landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, drywall installation, and flooring repair.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate a golf cart.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand written and verbal communications and directions.
