Job Title: Maintenance Technician I

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician I to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing daily upkeep and cleanliness of our buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking lot, and trash areas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You will be responsible for assisting with essential maintenance duties, including repairs, carpentry, electrical, painting, landscaping, pool maintenance, and plumbing tasks under the guidance of experienced maintenance technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily maintenance tasks, including repairs, cleaning, and upkeep of buildings and amenities
  • Assist with landscaping, pool maintenance, and other outdoor tasks
  • Operate a variety of equipment, including power washers, vacuums, and other janitorial equipment
  • Work effectively in a team environment and communicate with colleagues and management
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

  • One year of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other maintenance skills
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to read, write, and understand written and verbal communications
