Job Title: Maintenance Technician I

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician I to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing daily upkeep and cleanliness of our buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking lot, and trash areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with essential maintenance duties, including repairs, carpentry, electrical, painting, landscaping, pool maintenance, and plumbing tasks.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Utilize technology to manage work orders and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and repairing equipment and facilities.
  • Assist with pool maintenance, including cleaning and testing the water.
  • Operate a pressure washer and other equipment as needed.
  • Lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights as required.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements:

  • One year of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
