Job Summary:
Banfield is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our hospital staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client care and service, promoting hospital services, and maximizing the productivity of our veterinary medical team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Promote hospital services and recruit new clients
• Ensure that clients receive superior care and service
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team
• Provide professional service at all times
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care, pet health needs, and hospital services
• Assist with administrative functions as necessary

Requirements and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience in customer service or a related field, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 per year (based on location)
