Job Summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist Level II to join our team in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood samples from patients of all ages, including infants, children, and adults, using aseptic techniques and proper phlebotomy procedures.
  • Process paperwork and specimens, and log all tests into the computer system.
  • Perform heelsticks, fingersticks, and venipunctures on patients, ensuring accurate and efficient sample collection.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to safety, infection control, and OSHA guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service skills, interacting with patients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • High School diploma required.
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred (ASCP, ASPT).
  • Two years of experience as a phlebotomist.
