Tort Intake Professionals, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mass Tort Intake Specialist to join our team. As a Mass Tort Intake Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth intake process for potential clients seeking legal representation in mass tort lawsuits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to individuals who have expressed interest in participating in a mass tort lawsuit to gather information and assess their eligibility to become plaintiffs.
  • Build trust and rapport with potential clients through effective communication and persuasion to guide them through the legal intake process.
  • Ensure that potential clients meet the necessary criteria to become plaintiffs in the lawsuit they inquired about.
  • Provide valuable information and assistance to clients, ensuring they understand their options and the legal process.
  • Work closely with our team to streamline the intake process and manage post-retainer client services for law firms engaged in mass tort lawsuits.

  • Proficient in data entry procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
