As a Product Recovery Associate, your role in supporting recovery and sustainability efforts in the store will involve:- Minimizing internal damages or costs associated with Ingka External products.
- Taking proactive measures on products to provide them a second chance, including repackaging and assembly.
- Showcasing Ingka External products in As-Is condition with a strong commercial appeal, selling these items with pride and establishing attractive yet profitable pricing for customers.
- Supporting quality initiatives in the store to continually enhance customers' perception of Ingka External products.- Always considering the sustainability implications when determining how and when to recover products.
- Fostering an environment where Ingka External culture thrives, embracing the diversity of co-workers and customers.As a collaborative team, we are the face of our customers - in our stores, online, in our catalog, and beyond.

JOB TYPE - Permanent

The pay range for this role is $25.61
QUALIFICATIONS
- Retail experience.
- Knowledge of how to build quality Ingka External furniture.
- Understanding of waste management and sustainability principles.
- Experience in a customer and commercial-oriented business.
