The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:
This is a unique opportunity to join our team as an Overnight Support Specialist in one of our Level 2 residential programs. As a member of our team, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities during the overnight hours. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for supporting individuals with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, as well as providing behavioral support and interventions as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree or DSP certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental or psychiatric disabilities
- Valid driver's license and one year of driving experience
