Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate AWAKE overnight caregiver to join our team at FirstLight Home Care of the North Shore. This role involves providing exceptional care and support to our elderly clients in their homes, ensuring their safety and well-being during nighttime hours.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for responding to clients' needs, assisting with toileting and daily living activities (ADLs), and maintaining a safe environment. As an overnight caregiver, you must remain awake for the entire shift to provide 24/7 support.

What We Offer

In addition to a competitive salary range of $18-$22 per hour, we offer a flexible schedule, double pay on holidays, earned sick pay, direct deposit paychecks, a 401K plan, employee recognition, and referral bonuses. Our caregivers work directly for FirstLight HomeCare and serve the areas of Swampscott, Marblehead, Salem, Peabody, Danvers, Beverly, and Lynn.
