Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Registered Nurse NICU II at Presbyterian/St. Luke's Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider in Denver, Colorado. As a NICU II RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to premature and ill newborn patients.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and direct the care of neonatal patients, ensuring their needs are met and their families are supported.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide well-coordinated patient care.
  • Lead the team in maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on neonatal care and health.
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • NRP or PALS certification within the first three months of hire.
  • One year of experience in acute care, preferably in a neonatal intensive care unit.
  • Registered Nurse diploma or degree from an accredited school of nursing.
