About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse NICU II to join our team at Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children. As a Registered Nurse NICU II, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to premature and ill newborn patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to neonatal patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient's vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Colorado.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a neonatal intensive care unit.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
