Clinical Technician for Mental Wellness

Greenbrook TMS is seeking a full-time regional technician focused on patient care to join our outpatient clinical mental health team. This role offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
If you have experience in mental or behavioral health, or healthcare support, and possess a patient-centered mindset, we invite you to explore this opportunity. Greenbrook is looking for a committed individual who will receive training and certification to provide innovative behavioral health services, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and esketamine therapy, to patients dealing with depression and other mental health issues.
We offer a competitive pay range of $18-$21 per hour, based on your educational background and experience, along with a generous benefits package that includes a 401(k) with company matching, paid time off, and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
This position will involve working at various centers, with flexibility to travel as needed. Candidates should be available to work five 8-hour shifts per week, Monday to Friday, during the hours of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM to meet the needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer TMS or esketamine therapy in accordance with established clinical protocols
- Gather and assess patient information and vital signs
- Conduct psychiatric assessments to evaluate treatment progress
- Support patients in managing discomfort during therapy
- Deliver exceptional patient care and assistance
- Maintain accurate records within the electronic health record (EHR) system
- Assist with patient consultations, appointments, and billing processes
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant clinical certification with at least one year of experience in patient care
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and EHR systems
- Understanding of insurance providers and medical necessity criteria
- Clinical interviewing abilities
- Basic Life Support Certification (training will be provided)
