Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule, organize, and conduct tours with professionals, organizations, groups, and senior providers.
  • Meet all expectations of meaningful contacts, follow-up, and referrals.
  • Respond and follow-up with all walk-ins, phone-ins, and emails in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with professionals, organizations, groups, and senior providers.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all software programs, reporting tools, and email.
  • Create and maintain a strong community outreach program.
  • Media and Marketing Planning Implementation.
  • Keep Executive Director and Regional Director of Sales and Marketing informed of all referral activity.
  • Understand the need of the senior and the aging process.
  • Understand the programs and services offered by the community.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales and outreach experience in a healthcare context.
  • Outreach to geriatric population a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • 1-2 years' experience and/or training, or equivalent of education and experience.
  • Exceptional public speaking, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Energetic, well-organized, dependable, flexible, and resourceful.
