  • Employ various application techniques including plural component, airless, conventional spray, and brush and roll
  • Perform essential quality control assessments
  • Operate specialized application machinery as necessary
  • Manage equipment such as forklifts, aerial lifts, and scissor lifts
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Encourage and uphold safe working practices
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in industrial painting
  • Proficient in setting up and operating sandblasting equipment independently
  • Capable of working autonomously with airless and conventional spray equipment
  • Completion of relevant training and/or craft assessments
  • Familiarity with asbestos or lead abatement protocols when applicable
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Successful completion of background checks is mandatory
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift for prolonged periods
  • Capacity to lift items weighing up to 49lbs and work at heights exceeding 50 feet
  • Adept at manipulating tools and objects, climbing ladders, and working on open structures
  • Must utilize appropriate fall protection and personal protective equipment including hard hats, safety glasses, ear protection, masks, gloves, and more
