Join Our Team as a Floor Cleaning Technician

We are seeking a skilled Floor Cleaning Technician to join our team at ServiceMaster Cleaning & Restoration Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing specialty cleaning techniques for various types of flooring, including carpet, VCT, LVT, tile & grout, wood burnishing, laminate, and upholstery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of flooring in commercial buildings and condos in the Atlanta area.
  • Operate a variety of cleaning equipment, including lifts and manipulators, up to 75 lbs.
  • Work primarily night shift from 4pm to midnight.
  • Assist in the training and development of new team members.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift and manipulate cleaning equipment up to 75 lbs.
  • Driver's license and clean driving record required for potential lead technician position.
Benefits:
  • $10 an hour starting pay with potential for promotion to higher position with higher pay and bonuses.
