· Cultivate a superior clinical identity by identifying and implementing evidence-based practices to advance patient safety and quality outcomes.

· Manage variation in clinical practice to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and cost, ensuring a culture of accountability and transparency in the provision of care.

· Stay abreast of internal/external benchmarks, accreditations, and designations and actively pursue efforts to achieve them.

· Ensure efficient patient throughput and delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care through volume forecasting, patient flow coordination, and admission/discharge planning.

· Develop care coordination policies and procedures to promote improved quality, safety, and efficiency in care.

· Foster interdisciplinary communication and collaboration within and across departments and ensure staff with appropriate clinical competencies are assigned to meet patient care needs.

· Direct nursing practice and unit operations, developing policies, procedures, and nursing standards to ensure patient and family needs are assessed, met, and evaluated.

· Provide leadership in attaining and sustaining an unparalleled patient experience.

"Requirements": "Mcare Agency LLC is seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree or other approved education plan, preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. A Master's Degree is preferred. The candidate must be currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or have an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation. Additionally, the candidate should have BLS, ACLS preferred, and L&D: NRP preferred/FHM preferred/RNC-OB preferred. A minimum of 1+ year of experience in healthcare and 1+ year of experience in a leadership role are required.",
