About the Role

The Float Branch Administration Manager will play a key role in supporting the VP/Regional Manager by providing leadership and direction to the branches within the region. This includes recruiting, onboarding, and training the Float Team, ensuring that all team members deliver exceptional customer service, and achieving sales goals.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in branch operations, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruit, onboard, and train Float Team Members.
  2. Manage Float Team, establish performance expectations, and conduct performance evaluations.
  3. Coach and mentor Float Team Members, and conduct monthly one-on-one meetings.
  4. Determine scheduling and staffing for the region, and allocate Float Staff accordingly.
  5. Assist AVP/Branch Managers with Saturday Schedules and Vacations.
  6. Work at different branches, assisting branch personnel with complex work-related problems.
  7. Oversee branch operations, and ensure that policies and procedures are being met.
  8. Provide administrative support to AVP/Branch Managers or VP/Regional Manager as needed.
  9. Perform all duties of a Loan Officer, including taking loan applications and conducting credit checks.
  10. Maintain a positive working relationship with outside vendors, and stay up-to-date on new product development and regulatory changes.
  11. Participate in management meetings, and communicate information to subordinate staff.
  12. Review incoming Web Loans, and assign them to the appropriate branch.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in branch operations, with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong service orientation skills, aligned with the credit union's mission and core values.
  • PC proficient, including Microsoft Office and the Internet.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to sell products and services, and conduct business development calls.
