Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, communicate and execute daily, weekly and monthly action plans to meet department and DC performance expectations.
  • Monitor, coach and direct associates to attain department and DC goals.
  • Develop associates to achieve the department's performance goals and objectives.
  • Foster excellent communication and teamwork amongst associates.
  • Create a safe work environment for associates.
  • Continuous analysis of, and improving department processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Four year degree or equivalent combination of education & experience.
  • Five or more years of experience within warehousing/distribution with two or more years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment with intense peak seasons.
  • Outstanding leadership qualities including: assertiveness, organization, enthusiasm, decisiveness, planning, confidence, accountability, effective delegation, perseverance and credibility.
  • Proven ability to deal well with people at all levels and working in a team environment.
