We provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and behavioral health services, empowering patients to discover their purpose and build a healthy community. We seek a highly skilled and empathetic Patient Care Coordinator Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced medical setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient appointments and rescheduling efficiently
- Manage prior authorizations to ensure timely treatment
- Provide ongoing communication with patients regarding their treatment
- Act as the primary point of contact for insurance-related questions and issues
- Maintain respectful and professional communication with providers and other medical staff

Requirements:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of experience with EMR systems preferred
- Previous experience in a medical or clinical setting, particularly addiction medicine, is beneficial
- Reliable transportation required for travel between clinic locations

Salary:$19-$24 per hour based on education, experience, and location
