Your Responsibilities:The primary responsibility of the Director of Senior Care Operations is to oversee clinical operations within Specialty Based Care.
You will be accountable for achieving operational effectiveness, ensuring safety, and enhancing patient experience, while collaborating with the leadership team to maintain high standards within your assigned units.
Key duties include:
- Developing and executing strategic business plans to ensure the sustainability of Senior Services.
- Staying informed about healthcare trends and industry developments.
- Understanding reimbursement frameworks and their implications.
- Preparing capital budgets for all Senior Service divisions.
- Working closely with nursing leadership to ensure staff competency and adequate staffing levels.
- Implementing recruitment and retention strategies for qualified personnel.
We value individuals over resumes, yet we seek excellence, which is why we require:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field.
- A current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator license in Montana.
- A minimum of five years of healthcare experience.
- A Master's Degree is preferred.
- Experience in long-term care is preferred.
This role involves regular interaction with patients, caregivers, and visitors, necessitating effective verbal communication and comprehension, especially in urgent situations.
Manual dexterity is required for operating complex equipment, alongside frequent computer use for documentation.
Physical capabilities include lifting, moving patients, and standing for extended periods.
