The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing and coding, with a proven track record of supervising a team and ensuring accurate and timely claims processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily charges and proactively review billing and aging reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assign work to team members to reduce charge lag and ensure timely claims processing.
  • Review daily reconciliation for charges and TOS payments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Act as a liaison between the billing team and other departments to ensure clean claims and resolve billing issues.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve billing efficiency and reduce errors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of medical billing experience, with a strong background in coding and billing.
  • Must have a coding certification, such as CPC or CCS.
  • Must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a medical billing or coding environment.
