About Our Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a Business Development and Operations Director who is passionate about driving business growth and improving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, marketing, and finance, with experience in developing and implementing business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage daily practice activities and assigned operational areas for multiple locations.
  • Develop and establish policies, procedures, and objectives for offices and staff for assigned areas.
  • Analyze general and specific business conditions as they relate to operational issues and consult with Administrator for areas of improvement.
  • Oversee the development of systems (both manual and automated) to properly support practice-wide activities based upon business needs.
  • Promote effective communication and adequate information flow within the practice.
  • Handle initial HR situations and duties- interviews, hiring, onboarding, coaching and terming as needed.
  • Experience with physician credentialing with facilities, keeping up with physician CME and licensing for physicians.
  • Travel between sites is required on a routine basis.

Benefits:

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
