Electrical Solutions Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and innovative Field Service Specialist to join our team at nVent. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert technical assistance on Panel Shop Automation products to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Install and commission machines at customer sites, both domestically and internationally, as required.
- Develop and deliver training programs to customers on the operation of new products, both on-site and remotely.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a spare parts inventory in Anoka, MN, and facilitate order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
- Coordinate sales demonstrations with potential and current customers.
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical role with strong mechanical and electrical proficiency.
- Advanced knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical functions.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to identify root causes of issues and develop recommendations for resolution.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work hybrid in Anoka, MN, and travel 50% or more if required.
