nVent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Responsible Master Electrician to join our team in a key role that will drive the success of our electrical operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and review electrical work to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Perform day-to-day troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to electrical technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Exercise a high degree of professionalism when interacting with internal and external customers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading a team and working with customers.
  • Valid Master Electrician license in the state of Minnesota.
  • Exceptional knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, and equipment.
  • PLC certified or demonstrates the ability to troubleshoot, program, configure, and install PLC processors and components.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to determine appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to successfully implement preventive maintenance programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
