The Acquisition Analyst will oversee the management of acquisition programs for a Department of Defense (DoD) program management office.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the DoD acquisition lifecycle for designated projects.

Facilitate the coordination of deliverables and tasks throughout the acquisition process and its various phases.

Prepare, organize, and staff essential milestone documentation.

Assist in formulating contracting strategies, drafting contracting documents, and liaising with Army Contracting Command.

Engage in source selection panels and perform technical evaluations.

Contribute to product Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), testing events, review sessions, and product showcases.

Support contract oversight for designated products.

Administer and oversee the program budget and master timeline.

Identify trade-offs related to cost, schedule, and performance.

Draft Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans, and other related acquisition documentation.

Collaborate with contracting personnel to achieve the desired outcomes.

Ensure configuration control of acquisition documentation.

Develop plans for mitigating product risks.

Qualifications:

U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitive nature of customer-related requirements.

A Secret clearance is mandatory.

A Bachelor's degree accompanied by twelve years of relevant experience.

Alternatively, equivalent experience that meets DAWIA Level II certification in the Program Management acquisition career field, or PMP Certification.

Demonstrated knowledge and skills in: Product Life Cycle Management, Project Team Management, Acquisition and Contracting documentation (including J&A, Source Selection Plans, PWS, IGCE, D&F), WAWF, iRAPT, cost analysis, Project Management, database management, GFEBS, DODI, Defense Acquisition System, and JCIDS.
