Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to expand our services and deepen our partnerships.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and grow existing relationships.
  • Manage complex client relationships, providing expert guidance on wealth management, banking, and treasury services.
  • Apply knowledge of credit policy, banking products, and risk management to serve clients' needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging our expertise in investment and fiduciary services.
  • Structure and negotiate complex loan and lease agreements, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
  • Analyze and negotiate loan terms, including special pricing conditions, interest rates, and swaps.
  • Provide expert advice and consultation to clients on Goals-Driven Wealth Management.
  • Generate leads through established relationships and cultivate a network of contacts.
  • Oversee and negotiate the preparation of documentation necessary for financing agreements.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of the banking industry, competition, and financing, typically acquired through formal education and experience.
  • Knowledge of investments, trust, and financial consulting concepts to identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and sales skills to develop client and prospect relationships and a partner network.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and commercial credit.
  • Business development experience.
  • Ability to lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
