Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, recommending investment solutions and strategies to meet clients' objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry developments, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets, driving business growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses, with Series 65 or 66 licenses and relevant state registrations (or ability to acquire upon hire).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of financial markets and investment products.
