### Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Boulder Community Health. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in providing patient care and support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

### Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients
- Record observations of significant patient behavior through progress notes
- Implement program schedules, lead or co-facilitate therapeutic groups and individual activities, and maintain a safe and structured environment for patients
- Assist clinicians with patient transportation and maintaining patient safety
- Document completion of treatment assignments and 1:1 interactions with patients in the Electronic Health Record

### Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- BLS certification and de-escalation training required
- One-year experience in an inpatient and/or outpatient psychiatric facility preferred
