- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to school age, utilizing your expertise.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Employ creativity and advanced techniques in a play-based and naturalistic therapy setting.
- Support children's progress in educational and social environments, preparing them for successful transitions.
- Document and monitor each child's development, contributing to their tailored therapy programs.

Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry over 50 lbs. Capable of sustaining physical impact (e.g., being hit) in various areas. Must be able to run, crouch, squat, and kneel for extended periods. Full range of motion in hands and arms is required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred.
- Important Note: Safety is a priority at Lighthouse. A background check and drug test will be conducted upon hire.
