About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Lighthouse Autism Center. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing collaborative, compassionate care to our learners and promoting the best outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment packages using naturalistic teaching strategies, assent & trauma-informed care, and frequent, combined meetings amongst professionals.
  • Collaborate with our team of BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs to ensure seamless care and support for our learners.
  • Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to ensure our team is equipped to provide the highest level of care.
  • Participate in monthly training topics and contribute to the growth and expansion of our organization.

Requirements
  • Master's Degree encompassing behavior analytic content.
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
  • Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
