Associate Market Clinical Director

Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Directly supervise and performance manage Clinical Directors within assigned markets
- Ensure successful clinical operations and meeting/exceeding plan market earnings
- Manage, mentor, and coach Medical Directors to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes
- Clinical Operations
- Oversee and facilitate talent development of PCPs, NPs, and Medical Directors
- Cultivate a center-level physician culture aligned with ChenMed's core model, core values, and service standards
- Assist Clinical COE in training of new practitioners
- Recruitment and Talent Management
- Participate in recruiting and interviewing PCP and specialist candidates
- Partner with Clinical COE and Talent Acquisition to support clinical talent lifecycle
- Community Engagement
- Establish and support successful relationships with payers, specialists, the community, and hospitals
- Drive a social media presence locally
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty required
- A minimum of 2 years' clinical experience required; 3 years preferred
- Strongly prefer 1 year's previous experience as Medical Director or equivalent with a Medicare or Medicaid patient population
- Board eligibility required; Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar preferred
- Current, active license to practice medicine in State of employment
