Associate Market Clinical Director

Key Responsibilities- Directly supervise and performance manage Clinical Directors within assigned markets, ensuring successful clinical operations and meeting/exceeding plan market earnings.
- Manage, mentor, and coach Medical Directors to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes, cultivate a center-level physician culture aligned with ChenMed's core model, and develop talent through facilitated practice, 1:1s, and leadership development plans.
- Oversee and facilitate talent development of PCPs, NPs, and Medical Directors, including training new practitioners and participating in recruiting and interviewing candidates.
- Establish and support successful relationships with payers, specialists, the community, and hospitals, driving a social media presence locally.
- Monitor and support overall market culture, responding to workplace concerns and reviewing/approving center-level referrals.
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty required.
- A minimum of 2 years' clinical experience required; 3 years preferred.
- Strongly prefer 1 year's previous experience as Medical Director or equivalent with a Medicare or Medicaid patient population.
- Board eligibility required; Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar preferred.
- Current, active license to practice medicine in State of employment.
