Associate Market Clinical Director

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Market Clinical Director to join our team at ChenMed. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our centers, ensuring high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Directly supervise and manage Clinical Directors within assigned markets, providing guidance and support to ensure successful clinical outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical operations, patient satisfaction, and business performance.
- Collaborate with Regional Presidents and Clinical COE to drive quality improvement initiatives and population risk management.
- Recruit, train, and mentor Clinical Directors and other healthcare professionals to ensure a high-performing team.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with payers, specialists, and community partners to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and patient needs to inform business decisions.
- Develop and implement cost reduction and market clinical strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty required.
- A minimum of 2 years' clinical experience required; 3 years preferred.
- Strongly prefer one (1) year's previous experience as Medical Director or equivalent with a Medicare or Medicaid patient population.
- Board eligibility is required; Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar is preferred.
- Current, active license to practice medicine in State of employment.
- High-performing physician with a proven track record of clinical leadership experience.
- Experience with population risk management or complex chronic disease care management.
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams in quality improvement and/or medical/healthcare leadership activities preferred.
