Job Summary

The Portable Restroom Delivery and Service Technician is responsible for operating a company truck and driving to various locations to deliver and/or pick up portable restrooms, hand sinks, or holding tanks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform basic service truck driving functions in accordance with United Site Services and Department of Transportation requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service when on customer work sites to ensure they receive the services they expect.
  • Perform all work duties in a safe manner, adhering to United Site Services and Department of Transportation safety standards to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Deliver and pick up USS units at customer locations in a timely manner, meeting customer needs and expectations.
  • Be flexible to adjust routes as needed to meet customer requirements.
  • Provide routing feedback to Operations Manager/Supervisor/Coordinator to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Strategically plan for customer needs by discussing their pickup and delivery requirements to satisfy their current and future needs.
  • Conduct portable toilets servicing to USS 8-point service standard as needed.

Physical Requirements

Salary Range

$15.50 – $25.50 / hour

Pay Transparency Statement

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US.

Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job-related skills, experience, education, and certifications.

Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
