Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our Behavioral Health Collaborative Care Team. As a member of our team, you will provide primary care to psychiatry and at-risk patients through virtual communication while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities- Provide psychiatric support and consultations as a member of our Behavioral Health Collaborative Care Team
- Virtually consult with patients to address behavioral health concerns
- Utilize quality improvement data to enhance patient care
- Participate in weekly meetings with the CMO and Behavioral Health Care Manager Lead
- Collaborate with care managers and referring PCPs to provide comprehensive care
- Bachelor's degree in nursing followed by a Master's degree in Psychiatric or Mental Health Nursing from an accredited school
- Strong understanding of societal factors and their impact on mental health
- Excellent problem-solving, monitoring, and examination skills
- Compassionate and sensitive approach with strong reasoning and thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 1 year of clinical work experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
- At least 1 year of EMR experience; eClinicalWorks preferred
