Pathologist Opportunity at Medical City Arlington

We are seeking a highly skilled Pathologist to join our team at Medical City Arlington in Arlington, TX.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our pathology services.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat diseases: Using your expertise in general surgical pathology, clinical interpretations, and frozen sections, you will provide accurate diagnoses and contribute to the development of treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams: You will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain high standards of quality: You will adhere to rigorous quality control measures and participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in pathology.
Requirements
  • Board certification: AP/CP board certification is required, with sub-specialty in cytopathology being an advantage.
  • Professional experience: You should have recent experience performing frozen sections and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Licensure: Ability to obtain a Texas medical license or have a Texas medical license in good standing.
