We are seeking a seasoned Security Engineering Manager to lead our security engineering team at Anthropic Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our products and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • 15 years of experience in the industry, with a strong background in security, privacy, and engineering.
  • 4 years of management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Experience enforcing security policies in an organization, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate critical updates to organizational leaders.
  • Coordinated change management and company-wide announcements in previous roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in all three areas of security, privacy, and engineering.
  • Experience supporting medium or large tech organizations.
  • Care about AI safety risk scenarios.
  • Driven a new security program from beginning to live.
  • 8 years of management experience.
