ROLE SUMMARY


The Wound Pros LLC is seeking a dedicated Full-time Nurse Practitioner to provide advanced wound care to patients in various markets across Illinois, focusing on homebound individuals and those in long-term care facilities. Utilizing Artificial Intelligence, we aim to enhance the speed and efficiency of wound healing.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience with healthcare technologies and data management.
  • Background in cross-functional roles and team collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to multitask.
  • Technical proficiency and a quick learning aptitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.

WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE

REQUIREMENTS
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
  • Current valid state license to practice as an NP.
  • Prior experience in Wound Care and/or relevant certification.
  • Board Certified with proof of certification.
  • Willingness to travel for training purposes.
  • Patient-centered approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient with necessary medical instruments and equipment.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more and maintain full mobility.
  • Valid and unrestricted driver's license.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct comprehensive physical examinations of patients.
  • Select, order, and perform necessary tests and procedures.
  • Implement wound care procedures in line with established protocols.
  • Document patient diagnoses and treatment plans.
  • Provide recommendations for medications and wound care products.
  • Ensure patient satisfaction by adhering to care standards.
  • Educate and manage patients effectively.
  • Participate in departmental activities to enhance training methods.
  • Travel to patients' homes and long-term care facilities as required.

COMPENSATION


Potential total compensation of up to $150,000.00 annually, with ample opportunities for professional growth and advancement.


WORK LOCATION


This role requires travel to treat patients who are homebound or in long-term care facilities.
