We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Front Desk Manager who will deliver outstanding service, ensuring that every visitor enjoys a memorable experience that encourages them to return.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk budget and procure necessary office supplies.
- Oversee front desk operations, ensuring that customer service aligns with our established standards for guest satisfaction.
- Supervise existing front desk personnel and recruit, train, and mentor new staff to guarantee exceptional service and adherence to hotel policies.
- Compile occupancy reports and financial data for the general manager.
- Engage with guests both in person and via phone, addressing inquiries and resolving any complaints that may arise.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a front office management role, front desk, or a similar position within the hospitality sector.
- Strong management, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- A high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) is mandatory.
- Experience with bookkeeping and proficiency in MS Office is advantageous.
- At least 1 year of prior experience in the hospitality industry is essential.
