Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of event setup and break down activities, including landscaping and maintenance tasks.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to temporary workers as needed.
  • Deliver, execute, and follow up on assignments provided by supervisors and managers in a timely manner.
  • Ensure staff is working safely and aware of proper safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Perform event set-up/break downs, event coverage, landscaping, and cleaning tasks.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and provide physical exertion for an entire shift.
  • Prior experience in building maintenance and landscaping is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather elements.
  • Self-motivated and excellent organizational skills.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule of days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Work Environment

The duties of this position are performed primarily indoors and occasionally outdoors in various weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal to moderate during non-event days and when not operating equipment; and moderate to loud during event days when equipment is in operation.
