Key Responsibilities- Partner with business and technology teams to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current state processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic recommendations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Lead the development of business requirements and user stories to support the design and implementation of new systems and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new systems and processes.
- Provide guidance and support to junior analysts and team members to ensure their success and growth.
- 5-8 years of experience in business system analysis or a related field.
- Proven experience in Agile and software development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience with process modeling tools such as Visio and proficiency in technical skills such as SQL, Figma, Tableau, and Business Objects.
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA/MS a plus.
