About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at AIRWAIR INTL. LTD. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers daily and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell Dr. Martens' brand footwear, apparel, and accessories, and achieve personal sales goals and Key Performance (KPI) targets.
  • Merchandise Management: Organize and maintain merchandise to meet Brand Marketing guidelines and enhance product appeal.
  • Store Operations: Process sales transactions accurately and promptly, meet cash register systems requirements, and maintain a clean and organized retail store front, stock room, and employee areas.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in a team environment.
Requirements
  • Previous Retail Experience: Previous retail sales experience, preferably in footwear or fashion apparel.
  • Business Acumen: Experience in contributing to business goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in a team environment, preferably in retail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a team environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office programs, retail/register systems, web-based programs, and computerized inventory systems.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to carry shoe boxes while climbing a ladder and/or stairs.
