Job Opportunity

BCForward is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Warehouse Worker in St. Louis, MO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unload waste from incoming vehicles and separate non-autoclavable waste for incineration.
  • Stage waste on conveyor systems or properly stack waste for scanning in the Biotrack system.
  • Scan waste into the Biotrack system for recordkeeping purposes.
  • Load autoclave bins or incinerator hoppers with waste for processing.
  • Decontaminate vehicles and cargo-carrying portions, reload assigned reusable tubs, and ensure cargo-carrying portions do not have free liquid on the floor.
  • Address housekeeping issues, such as spills, floor dryness, and debris, immediately.
  • Assist in other plant operations as directed.

Requirements:

  • One year of related experience or training, demonstrating strong communication skills and tact.
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and push/pull carts weighing up to 500 pounds.
  • Knowledge of barcode scanning and basic computer skills.
  • Knowledge of Hazardous Materials and OSHA Regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to operate a powered industrial truck, such as a forklift.
