Manufacturing Process Specialist

Confluent Medical Technologies is a leading medical technology company dedicated to delivering world-class medical devices through innovative material science, engineering, and manufacturing. We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer II to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Manufacturing Engineer II, you will be responsible for production planning and inventory control for multiple products while prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. You will take a lead role in continuous improvement, product flow, and capacity improvement to improve the overall efficiency of manufacturing while meeting service level targets.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 2-5 years of related engineering experience. BA or BS in non-engineering field with 5 to 10 years of medical related engineering experience. Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in a highly technical environment. Possess excellent communication skills - both written and oral. Knowledge of Excel, statistical process control software. Highly motivated and independent.
