Social Worker/Therapist

Seven Counties Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Worker/Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide high-quality mental health services to our clients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with mental health and substance abuse issues.
- Provide a range of therapy services, including individual, group, and family therapy, as well as crisis intervention and case management.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and other relevant information.
- Collaborate with external agencies, such as schools and healthcare providers, to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in staff meetings, treatment planning meetings, and clinical seminars to stay up-to-date on best practices and share knowledge with colleagues.
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field, with licensure as a Certified Social Worker (CSW) or equivalent.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adults, and families, with a focus on mental health and substance abuse issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
