  • Conducting performance evaluations and providing training to technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Managing inventory and handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Implementing service policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across the department.
  • Preparing regular reports on service department performance to inform business decisions.

Requirements for the role include:

  • Minimum five years of experience in HVAC service, with at least two years in a managerial role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems.
  • Financial management and budgeting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in service management software and tools.
  • Preferably HVAC certification.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement strategic improvements to drive business growth.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Flexible working hours and a valid driver's license.
