Job Summary

This is a full-time exempt position supporting the ARNG Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP). The successful candidate will provide knowledge management support for the Program Management Office in support of the Task Order Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the MCTSP PMRT: Ensure access, content management, change management, archiving, and creating an information repository that is easily searchable and retrievable.
  • Assist the PM and MTC Commanders: Support content management on the GKN Share Point portal.
  • Ensure Effective Information Sharing: Collaborate with team members to facilitate better decision-making.
  • Provide Portal Service Management: Develop and maintain the portal's front-end.
  • Implement Data Governance: Enforce information management and security rules.
  • Lead the MIS Administrator: Provide direction, priorities, and guidance.
  • Organize Monthly KM Working Group Meetings: Plan, prepare, and execute meetings.
  • Report to the Assistant Task Order Manager: Provide regular updates.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years working in the Microsoft SharePoint environment or similar web-based collaboration software tools.
  • Education: 5 years' experience with an AS/AA degree, 3 years' experience with a BA/BS degree (Preferred).
  • Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance and meet other eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
