The ideal candidate will have previous accounting experience in an industrial setting and excellent computer skills to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. They must be comfortable working in a team setting and be able to coordinate with various employees to acquire needed information for billing tickets.
Responsibilities will include routine billing, coordinating approval tickets with inside and outside staff, and end of month reporting. The successful candidate will be punctual, adaptable, and dependable, with a clean criminal background and a high school diploma or equivalent.
